St. Vincent de Paul Village, Inc., a mission-style campus located in the heart of San Diego, houses 900 families, single men and single women every night and serves more than 3,000 meals each day. Programs include children's activities, family literacy classes, job skills workshops, career counseling, motivational classes, medical and dental care, and an on-site elementary school. Joan Kroc Center, Bishop Maher Center, Paul Mirabile Center, Village Place and Villa Harvey Mandel.

The San Diego Oceans Foundation has built a legacy of pioneering grassroots volunteer programs which increase our understanding of marine animals, protect ecosystems, and provide solutions to environmental challenges.

Through our programs, we engage community members of all ages and backgrounds in meaningful hands-on volunteer work. Whether raising white seabass, hiking canyons, educating youth or surveying local fish populations, every volunteer gains a deeper understanding and appreciation for San Diego's oceans and bays, and helps spread our message of ocean stewardship.

Urban runoff has proven to be the largest contributor to marine pollution worldwide. Trash and other harmful substances make it to our natural waterways via storm drains and other flood control channels. Plus One Water helps the San Diego Oceans Foundation raise awareness about our connection to the ocean.
